Unfortunately for users who find transparency more important than anything else, build 9901 changes the behavior of the color intensity setting and only affects the title bar of each window and not the taskbar as well. A lower level automatically generated taskbar transparency, which basically meant that you could see through it and view the wallpaper. In Windows 8.1 and even previous Windows 10 Technical Preview builds, there was an option in the Personalization screen that allowed you to adjust color intensity. In this build, you can no longer add transparency to the Windows taskbar, so you get the same solid color and flat design no matter your configuration. In addition to many visual improvements, Windows 10 build 9901 also includes a change that might not be really pleasing for many users out there who expect the new OS to significantly enhance the UI.
