A box will open on your screen letting you rotate your image.To rotate your photo upside down, click the Rotate Objects option and select More Rotation Options. You should now see all the actions that you can perform on your photo.Then, click the Picture Format tab at the top. Open your document with Word, click the Insert tab, select Picture, and add a photo of your choice to your document.The only thing you need to do to turn your photo upside down is to enter a value in a box.
